This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use this website and request an invitation to “Art Living – An Evening with Robert Hettich”. It is written in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect
When you request an invitation: your full name, email address, phone number, the capacity in which you attend (for example gallery, interior designer or collector), the number of guests and any information you choose to add in the message field.
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp: the data contained in your message.
When you visit the website: technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, processed by our hosting provider and, if enabled, through cookies (see section 9).
3. Why we use your data
– To review and respond to your invitation request.
– To contact you about the event and send you practical information, including the address of the venue once your invitation is confirmed.
– To send you the private online presentation of the collection and the price list.
– To manage the guest list and attendance on the day of the event.
– To answer your questions and, if you express interest in a work, to assist you with its acquisition.
4. Legal basis
– Your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
– Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), when you are interested in acquiring a work.
– Our legitimate interest in organising a safe, private event with a confirmed guest list (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. Your data may be shared only to the extent necessary with:
– the artist Robert Hettich and the host of the venue, for the purpose of preparing the guest list and the evening [please confirm];
– service providers acting on our behalf, such as the website and form provider (Tilda Publishing), email and spreadsheet services used to manage requests;
– YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.), when you play an embedded video, and WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), when you choose to contact us via WhatsApp.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers take place only with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your data until the end of the event and for up to 12 months afterwards, so that we can follow up on works you have shown interest in, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Data needed for legal obligations (for example invoices for a purchased work) is kept for the periods required by law.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, write to contact@evgeniafuchs.com. If you believe your data has not been processed correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
9. Cookies and embedded content
This website uses technical cookies necessary for it to work and, if enabled, analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it; these are only set with your consent via the cookie banner. Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); YouTube may set cookies once you start playing a video.
10. Photography at the event
Photographs may be taken during the event for documentation and for communication about the artist and the event. If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please let us know on arrival or in advance.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
